MEDICAL INSURANCE

Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

IMPORTANT

The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers traveling together. 

Supplements may be applicable if minimum operating strength is not achieved for a particular tour date. 

In case of the group strength being less than 25 passengers, the tour may operate with the services of a local guide / local representative who will escort the group.

Price Excludes

• Passport costs, POE charges, and related expenses.
• Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, wines, bottled/mineral water, food and beverages outside the regular meal plan, minibar, and telephone calls.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange resulting in an increase in land arrangements prior to departure.
• Meals are provided on a fixed-menu basis; no choice of menu is available.
• Arrival or departure PCR/COVID tests, if required by airlines or government authorities.
• Cost of excursions, sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides not specifically mentioned under “What Your Tour Price Includes.”
• Applicable surcharges on certain departure dates.
• Government service taxes and other applicable taxes.
• Any item or service not specifically mentioned under “What Your Tour Price Includes.”

Notes

• Triple rooms are limited and not commonly available. They are subject to hotel availability. In case a triple room cannot be confirmed, guests may need to opt for a Twin/Double room along with a Single room at an additional cost.
• In some hotels, the third guest in a triple room may be accommodated on a rollaway bed instead of a standard bed, depending on the hotel’s room configuration.
• As per hotel fire safety regulations, a maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in one room. Rooms cannot accommodate combinations such as 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child.
• Panoramic or orientation city tours are conducted from the coach, offering views of key landmarks and attractions while driving past. These tours may not include entry into attractions or dedicated photo stops unless specifically mentioned.
• On certain days, due to operational requirements, packed meals may be provided instead of restaurant meals.
• Services of an experienced Tour Manager or local representatives will be available throughout the tour to assist guests during their journey.
• The tour routing may be adjusted on select departure dates due to operational requirements. In some cases, the itinerary may operate in reverse order. Every effort will be made to ensure that all sightseeing experiences and excursions mentioned in the itinerary are covered.
• Tour departure dates are subject to change based on operational factors such as minimum group size, airline schedules, and other travel arrangements.
• Some sightseeing attractions and excursions may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or local regulations and may not operate on certain dates.
