AIRFARE

Return Economy Class group airfare inclusive of ticket taxes as per itinerary (Presently calculated as prevailing on 15^thJuly 2026)

(Air Fare has been calculated based on the prevailing rates at the time of quotation. In the event of any increase in the Airfare before processing, the additional amount will be charged to the clients.)

FUEL SURCHARGE

In case of any increase in the fuel surcharge by the airline or land service providers, the same will be charged additionally. Our Sales Executive will inform you accordingly, if applicable.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Single entry Malaysia visa (Malaysia visa is currently free; any future visa charges, if applicable, will be at the passenger’s own expense and are not included in the tour cost.)

Single entry Singapore visa.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

Tips as applicable for the duration of the Tour has been included in the Tour Cost.

INTERNAL SECTOR AIR-TICKETS (Included in the Tour Cost)

IMPORTANT

The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 25 full paying adult passengers traveling together.

Incase passengers want to travel on a particular date and the number of passengers booked are less than 25, there will be a Surcharge applicable on the said date to operate the tour. Kindly check with your Tour operator for the same.

Price Excludes

• Passport costs, POE charges, and related expenses.
• Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, wines, bottled/mineral water, food and beverages outside the regular meal plan, minibar, and telephone calls.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange resulting in an increase in land arrangements prior to departure.
• Arrival or departure PCR/COVID tests, if required by airlines or government authorities.
• Cost of excursions, sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides not specifically mentioned under “What Your Tour Price Includes.”
• Applicable surcharges on certain departure dates.
• Government service taxes, TCS, and other applicable taxes.
• Any item or service not specifically mentioned under “What Your Tour Price Includes.”

Notes

• In some hotels, the third guest in a triple room may be accommodated on a rollaway bed instead of an extra bed or cot.
• As per fire safety regulations, a maximum of three guests can be accommodated in one room. Therefore, combinations of 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child cannot be accommodated in a single room.
• A Panoramic/Orientation City Tour involves viewing major landmarks from the coach. Photo stops or visits to the attractions may not be included.
• Packed meals may be provided on certain days due to operational requirements.
• The services of a Tour Manager or local representative will be available throughout the tour.
• Due to operational requirements, the tour routing or sequence of the itinerary may change for certain departures. In some cases, the tour may operate in reverse order. While every effort will be made to include all mentioned sightseeing, certain attractions may be modified or missed due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Certain sightseeing attractions and excursions may remain closed on public holidays.
• Sightseeing may occasionally be affected due to local events, weather conditions, government regulations, or other operational reasons. In such cases, alternate arrangements will be made wherever possible; however, no refund will be applicable for any missed services.
